The challenge

Emergency responders are asked to make fast, accurate decisions in situations that are inherently dangerous to recreate for training purposes. The higher the stakes, the harder it is to run exercises at the frequency and intensity that genuine preparedness demands.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force, the national agency responsible for fire-fighting, emergency medical services and civil emergency response, partnered with us to change that calculus.

The solution

We are building a suite of AI-enabled XR simulations placing SCDF trainees inside high-fidelity emergency scenarios: structural incidents, hazmat situations, coordinated multi-unit response drills.

Each scenario runs in a controlled environment where mistakes generate learning rather than consequence and where instructors can adjust parameters in real time to increase complexity, isolate specific response pathways, or test decision-making under degraded conditions.

Scale and repeatability

Our platform allows SCDF to run consistent, repeatable training exercises across teams and cohorts at a scale and frequency that live exercises cannot match. Trainees complete significantly more scenario time in less time, with retention outcomes that outperform traditional formats.
